Dr Mikhail Batuev

255 Mikail BatuevHe spent 4 years with Krylia Sovetov Football Club becoming the Deputy Director and Secretary General of the club. After a spell with the football agency Etar London where he was focused on athlete representation and management, Mikhail was awarded a prestigious Chevening scholarship and completed the MBA Football Industries degree at the University of Liverpool, UK. As he researched the UEFA licensing frameworks as a part of this program, Mikhail had an internship with the UEFA. 

In addition to his football management background, Mikhail has also got a very substantial expertise in organisation and marketing of extreme/youth sports. He worked with Red Bull energy drink for more than 7 years and contributed to athlete marketing programs of this brand. From 2011 to 2015 Mikhail completed a research project on evolution of extreme sports. He graduated with the PhD in Sport Studies from the University of Stirling, Scotland.

Mikhail speaks English, Russian and German.
