Dr Daniel Rippon

Assistant Professor

Department: Psychology

I am Deputy Head of the Department of Psychology and lead of the Psychobiology, Stress & Well-being Research Group in the School of Health and Life Sciences.

My research focusses on the development of occupational support strategies to reduce work related stress in frontline health & social care professionals. I am also interested in assessing the work related factors that impact occupational well-being and engage in research that aims to inform the development of social interventions to support the recovery of people with mental health diagnoses.I am also a Trustee Director at Waddington Street Mental Health Centre.

The Converted Flat in 2049, by the Interaction Research Studio, is one of seven period rooms built as part of the Real Rooms project which opened in July at the Museum of the Home in London.
