Dr Fatih Tuysuz

Dr. Mehmet Fatih Tuysuz is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer and Information Science. He joined ϲ in August 2020.

Mehmet Fatih Tuysuz received B.Sc. degree from Inonu University, Department of Electric and Electronics Engineering in 2004, M.Sc. degree from Dokuz Eylul University, Department of Electric and Electronics Engineering in 2007, and Ph.D degree from Gebze Technical University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2013 for his research in Collision-free Channel Access over Wireless Networks. He worked as a Research Assistant (2007-2013) and as an Assistant Professor (2013-2018) in Computer Engineering Departments of Gebze Technical University and Harran University, respectively. He also worked as a Visiting Research Fellow in 2019 at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Middlesex University, London, UK.

Mehmet Fatih Tuysuz has several research projects funded by national/international bodies and many papers published in prestigious conferences and journals. His research interests are Mobile and Wireless Multimedia Communications, QoE optimization, Mobile Edge Computing over 5G and Beyond, Energy-efficient Wireless Communication Techniques, Handover and Network Selection Strategies, and Software-Defined Networks.
