DEVELOPING TEACHING

Northumbria’s Teaching Excellence team supports a comprehensive learning and teaching development programme. This includes a central offer of workshops and events to support learning and teaching.

This is underpinned by Northumbria’s Professional Recognition Scheme (NUPRS) with a team of Learning and Teaching Mentors to support applicants towards HEA Fellowship; Northumbria’s Peer Observation and Support Scheme; and a Teaching Quality Enhancement Fund to support teaching innovations.
