Theresearch developed a capability enhancement framework for the best PPP practice inNigeria. The frameworkwill bevery useful for PPP stakeholders in making decisions and will provideguidelines to enhance institutional capacity with a view to inducing confidence in both localand foreign investors for investing in the Nigerian PPP infrastructure projects.
